Who We Are & What We Do

Welcome to Property Finders USA, where good folks make great money, in their spare time on their own schedule with no strings attached.

We are a private Real Estate Investment firm in the business of buying Commercial Properties. We've created a national network of professionals and have tremendous buying power. Because of this significant buying power, we are constantly in need of a fresh and on-going supply of properties to buy.

Our business is buying and selling Commercial properties, and we're VERY GOOD at what we do. Real Estate is simply a commodity for us, nothing more and nothing less. It's a BUSINESS. We provide for our families with the revenue generated from the business. We're not a CHARITY, although we are very charitable in our community individually, so every property must have a way to turn a profit or we're just not interested.

Because we need to generate a profit from each transaction, we simply MUST deal with Owners who really NEED to sell their property, not just WANT to sell it. There's a Big difference in the two.

Your INCOME is reflected in how well you find properties that meet our criteria. The better you get at it, the more $$$ you'll make per hour/day/week/month. We LOVE to write you BIG CHECKS, because that means WE get plenty of deals to work with. It's just that simple!!!

Your first priority is to spot the 'Suspect' properties, take a few digital photos, jot down a little information, and you're on your way to the next step. After you've collected a few of them, you go back to your home/office and do some research to find out more about the Property and about the Owner.

Next, you'll use our resouces to try to actually locate the Owner and get in contact with them. After you get in contact with them, you simply gather some additional information about their circumstances. Then you turn all the data you've collected over to us, and we take the ball and run down the field toward the Goal Line. There may be times when you need you to pick up paperwork from the Owners or other details, but usually at that point you're on to your next Deal, leaving it to us to do all the negotiating, funding, and execution necessary to acquire the property.

Once you join our team, you'll get training and guidance on the most effective ways to easily recognize vacant houses and Commercial properties we're looking for, how to canvas specific areas without back tracking or wasting time, how to easily submit your leads and the guidelines regarding how you'll get paid for your effort.

Are there really that many properties out there that meet our 'Buying Criteria'? You're kidding, right? Have you read the headlines or listened to the news lately, Worst economy since the Great Depression. Foreclosures at an all-time high. The 'Mortgage Crisis' means Banks aren't lending. Real Estate values are in a 'Free-Fall,' and people are bailing out right and left.

We work a little differently from some of the other Real Estate Investors out there. Most of the time they are looking for a massive ARMY of little ants scurrying around sending in a mountain of 'Suspects,' only to select a small number to work with. We aren't nearly as interested in the QUANTITY of Property Scouts we put to work, but the QUALITY of them! We want them to be the Navy Seals of Property Scouts, and we're willing to take the time and spend the money for training to make them the Best of the BEST!!!

What that means for you is this... You get to EARN while you LEARN! And EARN YOU WILL!!! We provide the training, you provide the willingness, the desire, the perseverence, the Never-Quit attitude, and you can earn more with us than most people can even dream.
